The Janhill Group, established in 1989, is a privately owned property investment, development and management company based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. The company owns and manages a wide range of office, industrial, retail and residential accommodation in Macclesfield and its surrounding areas.

Business Development
Robert Gittins, Development Director
Rob has been with the company since its inception, and has seen Janhill grow and evolve over this time. He has taken on many and varied roles and currently manages the main building projects.
Mike Sutton, Commercial Director
Mike began working with Janhill in 2004 and has a background in project management. He focuses on business development and commercial lettings.
William Gittins, Finance Director
Billy comes from an accounting background, and began working with Janhill in January 2008. He is responsible for finance and business development

Claire Sutton, Office Manager
Claire has been with Janhill since 1990, and is responsible for all aspects of the office management of the company, including commercial and residential lettings.
Julie Timmins – Administration
Julie joined Janhill in 1994, and is kept busy running our fully serviced Business Centre at Waters Green House, along with carrying out the secretarial requirements of the company.
Anne Peacock – Accounts
Anne has been with Janhill since 2004. Based at the Head Office at Waters Green House, Anne is responsible for running the day to day accounts for the Company.
